Absolutely. You can add services (Google Ads, EdenEngine, automation) or scale back at the end of any billing cycle. We itemize every quote so you know exactly what you are paying for before you commit.

While we don't offer refunds on completed work, we stand behind our results. We provide transparent reporting so you always know exactly what we are doing and what impact it is having. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel after the initial 3-month period with no penalty.

Your website is yours. If you cancel, we'll transfer all files, credentials, and access to you or your new provider. We don't hold anything hostage. Custom software and EdenEngine integrations may have separate licensing terms — we spell those out in your agreement before work starts.
