Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time, and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades can be made at the end of any billing cycle. We want you on the plan that makes the most sense for your business at every stage.

While we don't offer refunds on completed work, we stand behind our results. We provide transparent reporting so you always know exactly what we are doing and what impact it is having. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel after the initial 3-month period with no penalty.

Your website is yours. If you cancel, we'll transfer all files, credentials, and access to you or your new provider. We don't hold anything hostage. However, any custom software built under the Enterprise plan may have separate licensing terms.
